St. Lawrence Medical Associates P.C.
Routine appointments may be scheduled by calling (610) 779-1330 during regular office hours. The staff may ask specific questions about your medical needs in order to allow enough time for your visit to us. We understand that a sickness cannot be planned, however, please call as early in the day as possible for a sick visit so that we can see you that same day. Accepting "walk-in" patients makes everybody wait longer than necessary, so please call for an appointment. Although we strive to keep your office wait to a minimum, patients with special or emergency problems must take precedence. We request your understanding and patience. Please help us maintain our schedule by contacting us if you are unable to keep an appointment. If you schedule an appointment and do not show for your appointment you will be charged for that visit.
If an emergency occurs during our regular office hours, call our office and appropriate arrangements will be made to care for you. If an emergency occurs and our office is not open call our office and you will be given instructions to contact our answering service. The answering service will contact a physician for you. If there is a delay in response time from our physician please call back again. If you have a critical or life threatening emergency call 911. If you have an HMO insurance, you must call the doctor before proceeding to the Emergency Room. We have a physician on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
